Online Quick-Meet Details
The Education Showroom is proud to partner with Boogie Mites to bring the School Ready Music Programme to early years settings. Designed for children aged 3–5, Boogie Mites equips educators and parents with the confidence, knowledge, and resources to make music an integral part of everyday learning across the EYFS.
Tried and tested over many years, the programme supports children’s school readiness by developing listening and responding skills, speech, language, and communication, self-regulation, social group skills, and foundational literacy and maths abilities. It also strengthens gross and fine motor skills, helping children build the physical coordination needed for writing and everyday activities.
Boogie Mites combines onsite and online training with structured music activities, enabling teachers, TAs, and parents to embed engaging, developmental music sessions throughout the year. The programme also promotes community cohesion, supporting parent involvement and smoother school transitions through group music-making.
By integrating evidence-based music activities into the classroom and home environment, Boogie Mites enhances children’s cognitive, social, and physical development while giving staff the tools to deliver high-quality, fun, and impactful music experiences that benefit the whole school community.
