The Education Showroom is proud to partner with Aspire Behaviour Management (Aspire BM) – an award-winning organisation delivering specialist Outreach, Training, Specialist Supply, and Educational Psychology services that help schools and MATs build positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments.
Aspire BM’s outreach team brings deep expertise in behaviour support, working with schools, MATs, EYFS settings, and Local Authorities to provide bespoke, impactful interventions for students, staff, and families. Their specialists cover a wide range of behaviour-related needs to deliver effective, sustainable outcomes.
Their in-person and online training programmes are CPD and BTEC accredited, covering topics such as safer schools, positive touch, complex trauma, and lunchtime supervision, designed to upskill staff and embed best practices.
The Aspire Specialist Supply service supports students with SEMH and SEND needs, placing trained staff for 1:1 classroom support to reduce incidents and improve learning without removing students from mainstream education.
Aspire’s Educational Psychology (EP) Service is known for its speed, quality, and clinical expertise. With a team of experienced EPs who’ve held senior Local Authority roles, they offer services including EHCP reports, training, ADOS assessments, and counselling.
