The Education Showroom is proud to partner with Tykeoons, a money-skills resource hub designed specifically for UK primary schools.
Tykeoons helps schools deliver high-quality financial education through three integrated programmes covering money management, economics and enterprise. With 66 fully-resourced, classroom-ready lessons, it provides a complete solution for teaching essential life skills from Reception through to Year 6, fully aligned to the Young Enterprise Financial Education framework and mapped to the 2028 curriculum.
Founded by a serving Headteacher in collaboration with classroom practitioners, Tykeoons was created to solve a common challenge for schools: finding engaging, easy-to-deliver financial education resources that make a real impact in the classroom.
Each lesson includes visually rich slide decks, differentiated printables, oracy-led discussion prompts, and interactive games and simulations that do not require 1:1 devices. This makes Tykeoons simple to implement while keeping pupils highly engaged.
The flagship MoneySmarts programme is accredited by Young Enterprise and carries their Quality Mark. It is already used by a growing number of schools across the UK, with teachers reporting increased pupil confidence, stronger financial vocabulary, and meaningful learning that extends beyond the classroom into home conversations.
Tykeoons is currently offering discounted access for a limited number of early adopter schools, with all subscriptions extended through to August 2027, providing long-term value and continuity for curriculum planning.
