Part 2: Tuesday 7th October – Strategies, Tactics & Techniques That Are Proven To Work

Building on session one, this second session dives deeper into the strategies, tactics, techniques, and we also share hints, tips and recommendations from education solution providers that achieve exceptional retention and renewal rates year after year.

We will explore how they position themselves ahead of renewal windows, how they manage relationships across schools/Trusts, and the post-sale strategies they rely on to keep their offer relevant and essential.

Part 3: Tuesday 4th November – Inside the Decision-Maker’s Mind: A Live Q&A with a School or MAT Leader

In the final session of the series, we will be joined by a special guest. This will either be a MAT leader, Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher or School Business Manager who is directly responsible for making renewal decisions.

They will share what influences their thinking, how they evaluate providers during and at the end of a contract period, and why some products/services are not renewed while other products/services are renewed and/or even expanded.

You will hear directly what matters most to this school/MAT leader and have a chance to ask your own questions in a live, informal Q&A session.
