The Education Showroom, in partnership with CSSC, are proud and delighted to launch our half-termly recognition and awards programme for all school and MAT staff including leadership, classroom practitioners, administration, kitchen staff – it is designed for everyone!
There are 3 amazing categories and we invite you to nominate your colleagues each and every half term for each of the 3 categories.
And it gets better and better!!! Every time you nominate a colleague we would like to invite you to select a number of free, award-winning products or services for your school. We have amazing relationships with hundreds of award-winning education suppliers and you can choose the products you and your school would like to use, absolutely free!
The 3 categories are:
- School / MAT Leadership Award – Celebrating An Exceptional Leader
This school / MAT leader has demonstrated the ability to inspire and motivate others, and to lead positive, impactful, tangible change within the school / MAT - Unsung Hero Award
This colleague (can be any role throughout the school / MAT) has demonstrated the positive impact of their work in the school / MAT and or within the community, often without seeking or receiving recognition - Outstanding Teacher Award – Going Above & Beyond
Recognising SLT colleagues and / or Classroom practitioners for going above and beyond. This can be in the classroom, outside of the classroom, handling a variety of challenging situations, helping and supporting a student, fellow staff member or parent for example. It also includes bringing great school improvement ideas / suggestions to the table and / or working long and challenging hours in or outside of school
Every colleague you nominate (with no exceptions) will be celebrated via our social media posts on LinkedIn and X, our hugely popular Rave Reviews online catalogue and of course shared with your school / MAT too!
There is no better way to say thank you to your teachers and senior leaders and to recognise their hard work, dedication, achievements and results.
Every nominated colleague will be recognised and celebrated – but we will have 1 winner from each of the 3 categories, each and every half-term that will be selected at random, by ourselves and our wonderful partners at CSSC.
Each of the 3 winners, every half term, will win 3 months FREE membership to CSSC’s award-winning benefits which includes:
- Free days out at the finest, most iconic tourist attractions across the country

Half-Term 2 Award nominations are now open!
Award nominations will close on 19th December 2025 with our 3 winners announced on 6th January, post the Christmas break.
