Having gained his own NPQH, Matt trained to assess the NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) through the National college of school leadership. Matt has a wealth of leadership coaching attributes and therefore able to support and coach leaders within schools. 

Matt has worked within the early years extensively; firstly, as a teacher, moving on to strategic lead of EYFS for a large multi academy trust, before working as the local authority strategic lead for over 1000 settings. He has also delivered training, advice, and guidance with a plethora of individual schools across the country to support their early years settings. 1. Measure (and Track) Staff Wellbeing
Measure using an anonymous and evidence-built survey, independently evaluated for its psychometric qualities, and recognised by the DfE Education Staff Wellbeing Charter. 2. Take Action
