To support you and your MAT, The Education Showroom has an education-leading discount programme where we provide a guaranteed discount of 20% up to £400 towards each and every purchase you may choose to make via our free online Quick-Meets.
How To Claim Your Multi-Academy Trust Guaranteed Discount
- The Education Showroom requires evidence of purchase from the education solution provider via a signed contract or digital equivalent within 90 working days post quick-meet. No exceptions will be made outside of this 90 working day period.
- The Education Showroom requires evidence of payment sent in full by the MAT. Receipt of this payment is also to be provided by the education solution provider.
- In addition to evidence of purchase being provided within 90 working days, the payment itself also needs to be made within this 90 day period.
- Once your MAT has made payment in full, and evidence of this has been provided by the education solution provider, The Education Showroom will arrange for up to £400 to be sent directly to your MAT within 90 days from the purchase date.
Terms and Conditions
- This is an updated and enhanced guaranteed discounts programme and is applicable on all purchases made via our online quick-meets from 1st August 2026 and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- The guaranteed discount is valid up to and including 90 working days post the quick-meet date.
- This is sent to your MAT by The Education Showroom after the purchase and payment has been made in full to the education solution provider.
Full Terms & Conditions Are Below
- The guaranteed discount is 20% of the purchase value up to £400.
- The guaranteed discount of up to £400 includes the £100 Amazon voucher issued to you for your attendance, this equates to a sliding scale of up to £400. ***please see examples below***
- The guaranteed discount is only applicable on purchases totalling £1,000 (excl. VAT) or more.
- The guaranteed discount only applies following the first time that the MAT meets the education solution provider via one of our quick-meets and not the 2nd or 3rd occasion should they meet on more than one occasion via The Education Showroom.
- The guaranteed discount applies to a product, service or solution being purchased for the very first time by the MAT and does not apply to renewals, nor changes to existing agreement/package sizes or costs.
- The Education Showroom reserves the right to amend, pause or cancel this offer at anytime without prior notice.
- ‘Fair Play Rules’ are applied at all times and The Education Showroom will pay the guaranteed discount at their discretion.
- If a MAT cancels within a cooling off period agreed between the education solution provider and the MAT, The Education Showroom will be reimbursed by the MAT in full should they have received a payment from us – in other words a full refund of the guaranteed discount will be required. Both parties are required to notify us should the purchase be cancelled after the guaranteed discount has been paid to the MAT.
- If the MAT proceeds to purchase a multi-year contract, the guaranteed discount is only applicable to year one of that agreement, regardless of whether the agreement is paid upfront or annually.
- Multiple purchases from the same education solution provider by the same MAT will not activate the The Education Showroom’s guaranteed discount. For example if there is a single user licence for a pupil and the MAT buys more licences, The Education Showroom contributes to the initial purchase only, not ongoing purchases, upgrades or increase in user licenses. Another example would be if a MAT purchases from an education solution provider for one of their schools, if they then proceed to purchase from the same education solution provider for a different school within their MAT, this would not activate another guaranteed discount.
- There will be no exceptions made to the above terms to ensure that all MATs and education solution providers are treated fairly and consistently.

£1,000 purchase = £100 Amazon voucher + £100 additional guaranteed discount = £200 total guaranteed discount
£5,000 purchase = £100 Amazon voucher + £300 additional guaranteed discount = £400 total guaranteed discount
£10,000 purchase = £100 Amazon voucher + £300 additional guaranteed discount = £400 total guaranteed discount
