Learn More About Our Multi-Academy Trust Purchase Contribution Programme Via Our Terms & Conditions
To support you and your MAT, The Education Showroom contributes 20% towards each and every purchase you make via our free online events.
- This is an updated and enhanced payment contribution programme and is applicable on all purchases made via our online events from 1st April 2024 and cannot be applied retrospectively
- This contribution is valid up to and including 60 working days post the event. We appreciate the significant differences purchasing at MAT central level compared to individual school level and therefore to support and empower you and your MAT the purchase contribution programme is valid up to and including 60 working days post the event.
- The contribution is sent to your MAT by The Education Showroom after the purchase and payment has been made in full to the education solution provider.
How To Claim Your 20% Multi-Academy Trust Purchase Contribution
- The Education Showroom requires evidence of purchase from the education solution provider via a signed contract or digital equivalent within 60 days post-event. No exceptions will be made outside of this 60 day period.
- The Education Showroom requires evidence of payment received in full by the MAT. This is also to be provided by the education solution provider.
- As long as evidence of purchase is provided within 60 working days, the payment itself does not need to be made within this period but must be within 90 days from the dated and signed contract agreement.
- Once the MAT has made payment in full, and evidence of this has been provided by the education solution provider, The Education Showroom will arrange for the contribution to be sent directly to your MAT within 90 days.
Full Terms & Conditions Are Below
- The Education Showroom’s contribution of 20% applies to purchases made via a signed contract between the MAT and the education solution provider up to and including 60 working days (12 weeks) from the date of meeting the education solution provider at our event. A signature from a the MAT central team employee must be present on the contract or a digital equivalent.
- The contribution commences from events hosted by The Education Showroom from September 1st 2023 and can not be applied to any event or purchase prior to this date or retrospectively.
- The Education Showroom will make a 20% contribution to a maximum of £300. The contribution includes the £100 Amazon voucher or cash donation issued to you for your attendance, this equates to a sliding scale of up to £300. ***please see examples below***
- The Education Showroom require evidence and confirmation of the purchase in the form of a completed and signed contract between the two parties (the MAT and the education solution provider) which is dated and provided to The Education Showroom within the 60 working day time frame required. The Education Showroom also require evidence of the monies exchanged at a later stage but within a maximum of a 90 day period after the contract has been signed.
- The Education Showroom will pay the contribution directly to the MAT within 90 days of evidence of monies exchanged being provided.
- The contribution only applies following the first time that the MAT meets the education solution provider via one of our events and not the 2nd or 3rd occasion should they meet on more than one occasion.
- The contribution only applies when the MAT meets the education solution provider for the very first time. Should an education solution provider already be in any form of discussions with a MAT within 6 months prior to meeting the education solution provider at an event with us the contribution will not apply.
- The contribution applies to a product, service or solution being purchased for the very first time by the MAT and does not apply to renewals, nor changes to existing agreement/package sizes or costs.
- The Education Showroom reserves the right to amend, pause or cancel this offer at anytime without prior notice.
- ‘Fair Play Rules’ are applied at all times and The Education Showroom will pay the contributions at their discretion.
- If a MAT cancels within a cooling off period agreed between the education solution provider and the MAT, The Education Showroom will be reimbursed by the MAT in full should they have received a payment contribution from us – in other words a full refund of the contribution will be required. Both parties are required to notify us should the purchase be cancelled after the contribution has been paid to the MAT.
- If the MAT proceeds to purchase a multi-year contract, the 20% contribution is only applicable to year one of that agreement, regardless of whether the agreement is paid upfront or annually.
- Multiple purchases from the same education solution provider by the same MAT will not activate the The Education Showroom contribution. For example if there is a single user licence for a pupil and the MAT buys more licences, The Education Showroom contributes to the initial purchase only, not ongoing purchases, upgrades or increase in user licenses. Another example would be if a MAT purchases from an education solution provider for one of their schools, if they then proceed to purchase from the same education solution provider for a different school within their MAT, this would not activate another contribution.
- There will be no exceptions made to the above terms to ensure that all MATs and education solution providers are treated fairly and consistently.
Examples of The Education Showroom 20% Contribution
£250 purchase = £50 contribution + £100 Amazon voucher or cash donation issued to you for your attendance = £150 total contribution
£1000 purchase = £200 contribution + £100 Amazon voucher or cash donation issued to you for your attendance = £300 total contribution
£5000 purchase = £200 contribution + £100 Amazon voucher or cash donation issued to you for your attendance = £300 total contribution
£10,000 purchase = £200 contribution + £100 Amazon voucher or cash donation issued to you for your attendance = £300 total contribution
