Does Your Maths Intervention Actually Work? Complete Mathematics and The Future of Intervention!

The Education Showroom is delighted to partner with Complete Mathematics, who are on a mission to improve mathematics education for all pupils.

Complete Mathematics  was founded by Mark ‘Mastery’ McCourt and was born to develop maths teachers—indeed, CPD has always been their cornerstone, and they host the UK’s best attended maths teaching conference today. Over time, as it became clear that the pedagogy they espouse would be more effective and easily implemented using modern technology, Complete Mathematics created product environments to help embed their support. Most recently, with the advent of Complete Mathematics TUTOR, the other side to the company’s mission statement is finally within reach—to provide access for all pupils from all socioeconomic backgrounds to highly impactful supplementary mathematics education.

Introduction to Hannah & Dominic

Dominic Bristow
Having taught in, managed and latterly advised schools, Dominic is an experienced and devout educationist, but he’s also been designing and developing products since before he knew what QTS stood for. He joined Mark and the team at La Salle Education to help schools get the best from the Complete Mathematics suite, and is currently working on ways for schools and school groups to make the most of the wealth of insight the TUTOR environment provides on the curriculum security of their pupils.

Hannah Gillott
Hannah is the Head of Partnerships with Complete Mathematics, and supports school groups and trusts in implementing our suite of products across their schools. Prior to joining the team, she taught for almost ten years in East London secondary schools, including four years as a Head of Department. Hannah is particularly interested in curriculum design, and is supporting two schools in developing their curriculum through her role as a school Governor.
